How far in advance should I book?
Insurance-covered transportation must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Private-pay rides may be eligible for same-day booking, subject to availability.
Is my ride confirmed when I submit a request?
Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance until PDQ confirms the trip. You will receive confirmation from our dispatch team.
What if I have a medical emergency?
Urgent medical emergencies must be directed to 911, not PDQ's booking system.
