Insurance Transportation
Patients using insurance should select "Insurance" during booking. Supported options may include:
- Medicaid Transportation
- Managed Care Transportation Benefits
- Facility Sponsored Transportation
- Select Insurance during booking.
- Enter insurance information.
- PDQ verifies eligibility.
- Ride confirmation is issued after verification.
Insurance eligibility must be verified before transportation can be confirmed.
Self-Pay Transportation
Accepted Payment Methods:

- Cash
- Check
Out-of-pocket payments only
This option is intended for customers paying out of pocket (cash, debit, credit, or personal payment methods). It is NOT used for insurance-covered transportation requests. If your ride is covered by insurance or a healthcare provider, please use the insurance booking process instead.
